Gua Sha is an ancient traditional Chinese practice, although originally used for improved healthcare to reduce pain & symptoms, using a firmer technique and different tools. The beauty benefits were discovered as a by product of the deep healing occurring. Use with a few drops of your favourite facial oil to sculpt, lift and define the face whilst increasing blood flow which helps regenerate and repair.
